Jul. 8-10,’16 (And Ongoing): Art of Living Programs in Chennai

The Art of Living Movement was started by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to help people get rid of stress and experience inner peace. (According to their website.) They offer programs like breathing techniques, meditation and Yoga.

Their Art of Living Happiness program is for beginners and generally happens for 3-4 hours over 3 days (based on info gathered from their website).
